What does the word evolution mean to you. There are several school of thought as to what the meaning and Process entails.  But in this context, we are looking at evolution as a complete Proccess of change, not just ordinary change but a total transformation from the old nature into new one. A complete reorientation and total deviation from the norm. Evolution is better explained from the word of God in 2 Corinthians  5:17  Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. A total change of attitude, believes, way of life, thinking pattern, dressing style, friendship and views about success.

"The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not in fighting the old but in building the new"-Socrate. " you can't continue to do things the same way and expect a brand new result"  If you are not satisfy with the out come of your life,  it's time to make a 360degree U-turn. You need a whole new approach to life to get a different out come. It doesn't matter how far you have gone, you can still make a change. You need to create a new template upon which your life will run. Forget about who has gone ahead, forget about what people will say. Just be focused. Rebrand yourself so as to  create a new you. Evolving a whole new life style, change, evolve, transform, become. Become a better you and lead a happy life.

To evolve a new you, you must change your:

* Mindset:  every transformation begins from the mind.( Rom. 12:2)
* Outlook: dress to attract the  outcome you desire
* Association: mingle only with those going your direction
Information: seek new knowledge, it is the key to your new status.

Jim Rohn said "Your life does not get better by chance, it get better by change" if you are not satisfy with the outcome of your life, it's time to make a change. YOU WILL SUCCEED!

Find your passion, profit from it

What's your passion? What is it that drives you? What can you naturally do when you are called upon even with little or no preparation? What ever your answer is, that's you passion, the things you have compassion for or you are passionate about, that's your passion. It is a gift from God to you to profit withal (1Cor.12:7) Whether passively or totally your passion should generate income for you. You don't have to quit your career to pursue your passion, also it is not a crime if you quit your career for your passion if you are fully and totally convinced about it.

There are twenty four hours in one day, if your career takes 10 hours from you, you still have 14hour left. Jimi Tewe said: when you close from your office    don't close your life. If you can give ten hours of your day to your employer nothing stops you from giving four Hours to your passion. Your passion is your final destination, the earlier you start building it the better. Don't wait for things to be perfect, things will get perfect as you grow. No matter how long you stay on a paid salary job, you will always want to create a new source of revenue when you retire, by then it will be too late, because you won't have time for experiment any more. If at that time things don't work well frustration can set in because of desperation to generate income. Ultimately it can lead to depression and untimely death. But that's not your portion.

You are destined for greater exploit don't limit it because of the fear of the unknown. YOU WILL SUCCEED!

Make your life Count

Every body knows that there is a revolution going on in the country, that is hitting hard into the finance of the people. But in the midst of it all, God wants us to excel, he has made it possible for us to do so. That's why He has given every one of us gift, skill, talent, dream, vision, hobby or what have you. And that gift is not meant for decoration but to profit. A man of great talent is not permited to go through financial hardship.

Most people don't know what their talents are, let alone utilize it. This is so because you have not search deeply into your heart. Someone said " if you can't stop thinking about it, you must not stop working for it". One of the clue that can lead to the discovery of your passion is that The thought will be dominant. It can also be things you hate and would like to correct, or things you love and would like to see happen. Every other things you engage with, may be difficult and stressful, but you will derive great joy and energy in your purpose no matter how challenging it seems. Someone said "dream is not that which makes you sleep but that which takes away sleep from you". You purpose is like fire. Each time the thought crosses your mind, something is ignited within.

You can be on a paid job and still make money from your passion. A lady friend works with Fidelity Bank and also run an event planning biz. She has great love for good ambience, so she floated her own company. Had a school cert holder on her pay roll to do the running. I worked with a Satellite TV station and I still run a print and graphics business. The whole essences of this conference is to get you on your toes to start making money from every gifts and skills you have. It's time you diversify, from your ambition and start building and making money from your passion, skill, talent, purpose or gift. Human capacity is muti - lateral, our life is designed in such a way that it can multi - task excellently well, if we properly apply it. There is a giant within that is waiting to be awaken.There is a force within that has the capacity to erupt like a volcano but lying fallow within. Don't look else where, look inward and tap that resources that has been supernaturally deposited. Take a clue from nature, the first agricultural seed that was planted by man was not manufacture by man, God has deposited it before man was made. Man only came to find it. So is your life purpose. Find it, fine tune it and profit from it.

In conclusion: There are so many ways to promote your purpose. Few years back there was no social media, today we are even running conference on WhatsApp. That's the beauty of this generation that we are in. Make effective use of online platform to transform your life. YOU WILL SUCCEED!

Work towards your purpose

We are created for a purpose but the crave for survival has made us loose focus of our life's purpose. Many are on a job they don't love, yet they can't quit. They know they are cut out to do something bigger but they can't get started. All because they are afraid of "loosing the bird at hand". No matter how afraid you are, you still have to make a decision, if you truly want greater success. But the sooner you make that decision the better. It's okay to keep the job at hand but you must also begin to do something about your passion. Please note that purpose is not all about becoming a speaker or a Pastor. Dangote is fulfilling purpose in Merchandising, Bill Gate is fulfilling purpose in Software, Zukerberg is making social interaction easy and available all the time. Some of you are called into education, business, NGO etc. Haven establish that,  also know that your purpose and ambition is not the same, Daddy Adeboyes ambition is mathematics but his purpose is Pastoring, David Oyedepos ambition is to be an architect but life purpose is to preach the word of faith. What ever yours is, you must make effort to make it work.

What you need is idea, not money

We are in a world, and at a time where a lot of people are stagnated because of lack of money. This is the plan of the devil to keep people grounded without progress or any remarkable achievement. In the school of success, money is not always the first, it is idea that precedes money. To think of money first would be to have placed a limitation on your dream.

Empty pockets never held anyone back. Only empty heads and empty hearts can do that. –Norman Vincent Peale

You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. Don’t make money your goal. Instead, pursue the things you love doing, and then do them so well that people can’t take their eyes off you. Then money will follow. No matter the idea,  what you need is your skill and your mouth, as long as you can communicate then there is nothing stopping you from excelling.

Here are few things you can use in place of money, I have use them to get things down without paying cash. I call them
Collateral for success

1. Integrity: let your yes be yes
2. Kindness: give it without expectation
3. Relationship: Build it before you need it
4. Trust: earn it don't ask for it
5. Creativity: that's your blank cheque.
6. Service: do it with utmost loyalty.

The poorest person is not the one without money, but the one without creative idea. You have no excuse. It's your time to fly.

Life is full of talkers and less workers and this is the reason why there are so much failure than success. People just waste away their time, wishing. Rather than working, yet hoping that life will automatically deliver their own portion of success to them. But it is rather unfortunate that life only respond to workers and not wishers.

Someone said " success seems to be connected with actions" no matter how long it takes success will always respond to workers and that is why I choose to take up the responsibility of encouraging many to "do something" meaningful because life does not wait for any body. The only key to success is work and not luck therefore  everyone should engage in smart work

True success is built by hard work and not by gambling. You may win jackpot but if you lack the ability to sustain it through hard work the port will soon Jack  you  back to poverty. I Therefore submit that hard work is the total cure for hard life.

There are too many people out there who are trying to become what they are not ordained to be. If you cant say who you are, in one sentence, then, you have no idea who you are or what you stand for. Doris Mothman said, " until you make peace with whom you are, you will never be contented with what you have ".  Don't strive to be another person when your success lys on becoming who you are designed to be. Those who struggles to be like someone else never find true happiness in life. You have no business being like others when your own path is tiled with gold.

This reminds me of the story of a middle age woman as told by John Mason. She had a heart attack and was rushed to the emergency room, during the surgical operation she saw God in a trance and ask if her end had come, But God said she still had forty three years, two months and eight days left. As soon has she recovered, she had a facelift, change the color of her hair, did face and breast surgery, flattened her Tommy and change her entire look. On her way out of the hospital, she was knocked down by a speeding ambulance and died. Whe she met God, she ask why she had to die now when she still has over forty years left. God replied that He didn't recognize her again.

When we leave our own way to follow another man's path, we lost our true identity. It's time you follow your own dream and find true success and happiness. YOU WILL SUCCEED!
